I received one package with a peice of wood in it. No legs and no cushion. No letter explaining if a second box is coming. The customer service is very bad. When i called, there is no answer and i was referred to text them. I texted them and after 1 busines day still no response to the text. I then emailed customer service and got an auto resoonse that they will respond in 2 to 3 business days?!!!! Where is my bench? Completely dissatisfied.
