Gang Sheet Builder

This is how you know who you are dealing with.....

This is where the truth be told, this is when you know, this is what separates the men from the boys, how you tell who gives a damn about their business vs. those just think about profit over customers! I have done several orders with this company and had no issues. My last order before this one, we had a glitch in the gang sheet builder. I spoke with the company about it, and they took ownership of what was a small issue but did have an effect on some of my graphics overlaying each other. They had pushed an update on the gang sheet builder the next day. They immediately worked with me to compensate for the issue, I placed a large 4 roll order, to include replacement art, and they rushed it out to me at a quicker ship time than I paid for. They stepped up and made everything right, then took it upon themselves to expedite order to me without me asking. This may sound like a simple thing, but it means a lot when a company takes a moment to focus on a customer that needs help and sees it through! Great job and you have my continued business!
