We’re so grateful to be a partner with Rebel Bunny and to have shared Neon Mellow with our community. It became our current daily matcha offering in the cafe, and the quality truly shines. It’s balanced, vibrant, and full of character. Our guests constantly tell us it’s the best matcha they’ve ever had, and it has become a beautiful conversation starter at the bar. It gives us the chance to share the story behind the tea, from the cultivar and origin to the care that goes into every cup.
