Slow shipping and zero customer service

Ordered on June 11th after 4:00 pm. A shipping label was not even printed until June 19th. Website says orders are shipped same day if ordered before 4:00. That was a lie. Website also says if there's a delay on their end then shipping charges are refunded. That's also a lie. I tried calling a bunch of times. No one answers the phone. I left a voicemail. I emailed twice. I texted once. I have received zero response weeks later. Zero! Their website says they respond within 12 hours on a business day. That's also a lie. Avoid this website. Buy your parts elsewhere. Their guarantees are a lie because you cannot contact them.
