Throughout the process, from ordering the engagement ring to it being delivered, the Bijou Lab team was professional and transparent. I received several updates as the ring I ordered progressed through the crafting process. They were also very transparent with the lead time and timeline for when the ring would be delivered. In terms of craftsmanship, the ring was pristine. The lab-grown diamond that was selected was premium and clearly well vetted prior to moving further in the process. The band is a beautiful piece of art that went above and beyond my expectations. My fiance and I, as well as friends and family, love the ring. Thank you!
