It us absolutely gorgeous and it looks like a real diamond!

The ring is beautiful, but the overall experience has been frustrating. I was sent the wrong size, and the exchange process was unnecessarily difficult from the start—requiring multiple photos submitted in a very specific way before even providing return instructions. After all of that, I’m now expected to pay over $40 in shipping due to their required return method. For a company error, this is unreasonable. At this point, it’s more practical for me to keep the incorrect size and try to make it work with adjusters, despite spending over $200. A quality product does not make up for poor customer service and an unfair return process.
