Love these leashes. The rope allows you to get a good grip when you need to hold them closer like in high traffic situations. They are so stylish. I get compliments on them every time im out. I purchased my first one from a random pet store at the beach while on vacation. Soon after getting home I knew I wanted more colors. They look so cute with their bandanas:) They are exceptionally made and very durable. The handle is comfortable as well with something on the inside of the leather to make it grip well with your hands.
