Incredible right out of the box. I went with a half size up (AU 9.5 / US 10.5) based on reviews and it was absolutely the right call. With mid-weight socks the fit is perfect — secure in the heel with no slipping, and just enough room to stay comfortable all day. The leather quality exceeded my expectations. The rustic brown finish looks even better in person — rich, matte, and built to age well. They required virtually no break-in. I wore them for several hours outbifbthe box running errands and forgot I had new boots on. Comfortable, versatile, and exactly the look I was after. Extremely pleased with this purchase.
