Starting my journey with the Emotional Culture Deck and the 12-month Consultant course has already been an inspiring and welcoming experience. Even in these early stages, the attention to detail and genuine care in every aspect of the course stand out as first class. The learning so far has been highly engaging, enjoyable, and thought-provoking. I’m especially excited to be working with a global cohort of truly inspiring people, all united by a common purpose to dehumanize the workplace and elevate our understanding of emotions. The ECD Certified Consultant Development Programme Pack consists of all the tools you will need in a 12 month journey to go deeper into equipping yourself and others to harness the power of emotions as a Certified Consultant. But I must also say that it is rare to feel this much [Joy] when you open a box of work-related stuff. The Emotional Culture Deck is well designed and cheerful and [Care] has been put into the quality and feel of each card, together with the simple but clever canvases and handbooks. It also is a lot of fun when you have unexpected 'goodies' (won't spoil your surprise) that makes it feel like a [Welcome] Pack that makes me look forward even more to the adventure ahead.
