Parlor Palm

Plants are beautiful but delivered upside down . No regards to the box instructions

I love this plant. It's a great size. Shipped in freezing weather. A couple days after it arrived, the leaves are feeling really crunchy. I have it in my greenhouse and am babying it a few weeks. Seller seems fair to deal with.
