Lousy customer service. I have a one year subscription to I’mTheChefToo and all was well. Then they charged me full price for two more boxes and sent them outside of my subscription. I did not place another order for these two extra boxes. After reaching out to customer service, I get the response…take it up with your bank. Now i have to go through a bank dispute instead of them simply fixing their mistake.
