Custom Monogram Phone Case

I sent an email to Keyway after receiving my case. I was not happy with the inconsistent colour of my initials. I simply asked if this was normal. Never heard back from them. I was going to order 3 more for my family members , but without feed back from my original purchase I could never recommend this product without an explanation from my inquiry

Cover is nice however, the letter initials were supposed to be bold and they were outlined. I reached out to Keyway and received no resonse.
