Love this bag so cute

I received the bag with loose stitching and threads already coming out of it. I contacted customer service asking for a return because I simply did not like the quality of the bag, but instead of helping, they said they needed to “review” the issue first. Later, they offered only a 20% refund because the item ships from China and expected me to keep the defective bag. After that, they mostly stopped responding to my messages. Poor quality, poor customer service, and a very frustrating experience overall.
