I love using varieties of salts, and these salts are fantastic. They vastly improve the flavors in my cooking, and they come with great vibes too. I like that I am supporting a small, sustainable business using very old, traditional methods. The salts make a very special gift, and the recipients always rave about them. I usually choose the four pack to include the thyme salt. The birch smoked is my personal favorite because I love a smoked salt and this one is excellent. But all of the salts are all truly special—and I have tried them all. I am still enjoying experimenting with them and discovering new ways to use them. The people at Saltverk are incredibly kind, thoughtful, and responsive as well. It's always a great experience.
