For the first three days or so the air in the room is thick with the chemicals. I assumed that this was the soaked up substance burning off first. The good news is it seemed to work immediately. However, after the air cleared, the effects were definitely lessened significantly. I haven’t given up on it yet. I’m still hoping to use more in another 3 rooms in order to integrate my two groups of rescues as well as a new foster. A big takeaway from this was that the diffusers definitely have no kind of perfume smell whereas the spray did, so I’m questioning what has been added to the spray but not listed on the bottle.

So pleased with the diffusers - just about to change them after a month. Our rescue cat has settled so well now and we have not had any weeing episodes at all.
