As a non-morning person by nature this alarm clock has helped mornings become easier. The light is brighter (on its max setting) than expected and is a welcomed factor, it helps my body wake.
Theres a good variety of waking sounds paired with white noise sounds.
The speaker quality is a littler lesser, and could use a bit less ‘metallic sound’.
The sundown feature is really nice.
When my clock arrived it was set in military time, there are videos online of how to change it to 12 hour time. I wished the instructions would have provided that information.
The programming of the clock was pretty straightforward in my opinion, as a 36 year old i didnt find it too difficult or challenging.
This clock will be a forever staple in my room. Im so glad these exist!

Im giving this a 3 beacuse it didnt say in the description but you cant toggle between AM/ PM and 24hr clock settings and when I emailed customer service they never responded to me.
