Brimco 200 Performance Collection

Quality of Caps are good, however I had to contact company 3 times to receive any tracking information for the order. I almost cancelled and initiated a chargeback since there is no clear way to contact a human. Someone named Jenica responded to my email after 2 days, then sent tracking 2 days after the response. The hats took 3 1/2 weeks to arrive with no explanation from anybody at the company as to what happened. Ended up using another brand for my client’s project due to time constraints of the late shipping. Bery disappointed.

hat is great. My customer liked them a lot. I have sent some messages for someone to contact but no one has yet. that is my only Dislike
