Awesome system for sharpening knives! Took my time to get the hang of it and brought my pierre santinis back to life :D No strain and no fussing over angles :) The pads wear out a bit quick, but I did redo my 5 peice set.

Works really well, saved me replacing a whole bunch of knives, that just wouldn't sharpen with other sharpeners, would definitely recommend
