This has to be the worst bunch of flowers ive ever sent! The customer service is terrible and dont understand what youre highlighting is the problem! I ordered the middle sized bunch as the flowers were pricey! But what was delivered was morr like the small cheaper option! Id like to upload a picture to prove my point. With del & VAT - which is not how it works in nz, its included in the price? A $104 bunch of flowers cost $138 !

Terrible. I ordered this arrangement for mothers day. The flowers arrived late, were not as pictured, and the petals were already falling off the roses. I submitted photos and feedback and was told that the arrangement adhered to their policy and item description.
I will never order from Bloomex again.

The picture didn't match what I received, and considering it was a $100 deluxe arrangement, I expected better. The flowers looked wilted and lacked freshness. I was disappointed, especially since I ordered this from the US for my stepmom and stayed up all night tracking the delivery. When it finally arrived, it looked far from its advertised quality.
