I live in central new jersey, last week of September I killed off the tall fescue and seeded with Dark:30. 3 days later seed started to germinate. November 18th, Ive mowed 3 times. Full beuatiful super dark green lawn. INSANE results. Ordered more Dark:30 for spring reno in back yard. Cant wait.

Yes i love it dark green in color catches your eye specially after cutting the grass has a beautiful glow to the Kentucky bluegrass. I'm going to order more for the backyard.
