Bluesound Node (2024)

Great little product.

I needed a good streamer with a great headphone output. I did a lot of research in the $200–$500 category and found this. It's easy to use, simple to set up, and sounds great. It also easily handled my reference 470-ohm headphones. I would recommend it. A word of caution: great device, horrible naming convention. You may find cheaper Nodes, but they are not the N132 Node, which is the newest model. It is a very different product, and though I have not tried the older version, the technology is older and from what I’ve read, the headphone jack on previous models seemed more like an afterthought—unlike this one, which is great.
