this is a similar white to the white out colour, but its very sheer and buildable.

Beautiful buildable
Really lovely milky white colour. Really good for making ocean nails by applying one coat over a blue and dotting clear top coat over the invited frosting. Give it a few seconds to spread and it gives a cool effect!
