The pencil doesn't write at all and it looks like it's made of plastic

The pencil doesn't write at all and it scratched my eyelid. It seems like it's made of red plastic. I wrote to the customer care multiple times and even sent you a video as proof that the pencil doesn't work at all. I only received automatic replies and it's pretty frustrating. Can I please talk to a real person, because I would like a refund. Thank you.
