Love your product

I love all of your products and purchase not only toiletries but your boxers, shorts and t-shirts as well. I have the facewash on auto delivery and it seems there is a glitch I need resolved. I have sent several emails with no reply from you. I have a stockpile of product and want to stop the autodelivery. This is an ongoing request that I have had no response or answers to date. Please help and thank you.

The full ingredient list isn’t disclosed anywhere on the company website, only through third party sites like Google and Amazon. This product unfortunately contains phenoxyethanol, widely unacceptable in the “crunchy community”. I understand it’s a preservative and needed for shelf stable products, but please stop claiming it’s a “non toxic” option when there are “toxic”ingredients that even the owner himself has made videos and statements about with competitor products. Disappointed with the lack of transparency!
