After waiting several weeks for my order, I discovered my address had been printed incorrectly, causing the package to be held at the post office. When I went to pick it up, they informed me it had already been returned to the sender. I then contacted your customer support, only to be told the post office still had the package and that I needed to report it as lost. To make matters worse, I was asked to complete a lost package claim for an issue that was caused by an incorrectly printed shipping label. This was one of the most frustrating customer experiences I’ve had. I won’t be purchasing from your company again. I hope you improve your shipping and customer service processes so other customers don’t have to go through the same experience.
