Finding a low-histamine snack with great protein is tough, but these are a total winner. They have a fantastic, dense texture that actually satisfies your hunger. It's so nice to have a great snack while out and about without worrying about a reaction. I'll definitely be buying more!

I am so thankful to finally have a low-histamine protein bar that tastes good. I wasn't sure what to expect as far as the consistency, but to me it's like a flourless cake. I'm so appreciative of the care that has gone into finding the very best ingredients. I no longer have to worry about what I'll eat if I have to run out the door unexpectedly. Thank you!!
