The watch was way too big, but thats not the issue. I tried returning it, within 14 days of delivery as per company policy, because I literally cannot wear it. It’s huge on me. I have been ignored and ran in circles by a customer service person named Sofia. She will not give me a straight answer and will not put me into contact with someone that will help. I’m not trying to cause issues. I just want to return a watch.
