For the head lock to work the handle must be in correct position and the Handle Drill Jig ensures that the handle holes are drilled in the correct spot. It also ensure that the holes for the handle do not interfere with the 5 shooter internals.
The jig locks in place by aligning with the top of the case and the top two strap screw holes.
