Just another gimmick claiming miracles. I’ve used it daily for weeks and there’s no difference whatsoever. The harsh reality is that for inherited bags like mine, surgery seems to be the only EFFECTIVE option.

I haven't seen any changes in the bags under my eyes. I will give it 45 days, and if no changes. I will request a refund.

easy to apply. Love the cold applicator. just have not seen major results
