Chiller Max

Didn’t work right out of the box. Called with plenty of time to have someone help me trouble shoot on friday july 3. The AI assistant claimed I didn’t follow the instructions by removing the cap to the topside filter and priming the machine…no where are there instructions to do so. I made sure the tub was full and the lines where connected as instructed , anyhow the AI tried to transfer me but to no avail. I Looked forward to using the icebath throughout this weekend heatwave we are having. I own a chiller at one of my other homes it didnt last a year without needing repair, and to vitals credit they did warranty the unit althought they sent me back a older unit with no access door to change the paper filter that I am accustom to changing every 3-4 weeks for cleanlines. So in closing I haven’t used my chiller max yet and I’m not happy with my choice at the moment.

Giving this one star only because zero stars is not an option. Waste of a lot of money. Worthless user manual, inept customer service (likely AI bot). First tub arrived with a puncture and a faulty pump. After sending them extensive proof (over the course of weeks due to their slow response time) that there was a leak, they eventually sent me a new tub. Cool, tub is sorted. Chiller needed a new filter every 2-3 days despite minimal use. Slime built up on inside within 2-3 uses and we always showered prior to use. I had high hopes and invested a hunch of money in this as a birthday gift for my wife. It looks really cool. But thats it. And thats not worth $2k. Buyer beware.

Great chiller

By far a great product. It has more in-app options than the smaller one, and it cools down the water much faster. I love it.
