Peru Organic

This turned out to be an excellent evening coffee. Not in the least overpowering and lovely with milk.

When tasting a new coffee profile I like to drink it unadulterated, to see if I will like it. I have tried many beans to use in my home machine and I believe this is one of the nicest. It is full bodied, with a nice bright acidity and a chocolate after taste. Everything I like in a coffee. Very happy to recommend.

We were using the Adore Organic blend, which we really liked, but this is better.
