i already sent you this email on 9th June: A few notes of feedback: No roast date mentioned Overall quite bland, especially that Ethiopians are rarely bland unless poorly roasted No specifics as to tasting notes No info as per farm or what type of kenyan or ethiopian I use a mythos 1 grinder I would say the ethiopian was roasted a bit too long/dark, even after a week I saw small hints of oil bleeding through some of the beans, curious to know what the dev time was and how long after 1st crack did you run. The kenyan looked on point with colour Overall I'd score a 4/10 and far from what your site said "Ethiopia Single Origin is known for its vibrant and unmistakable floral and fruity notes"
