I have to say m, I thought it was nonsense and I have been struggling to do night shifts So I have used these free taste tests and they have been incredible. Im awake all night and the sleep after thesleep after was deeper.

I love the taste.I didn't have to add anything and for me it tasted like hot chocolate. I also felt the difference in my energy level after a couple of days.

Very nice taste and def felt much much better than just a random vitamins drink or coffee. Just a shame it's not cheaper.
