Absolutely adore EZBombs. They make my weekly life so easy. The flavor is authentic. I use these several times a month.

This is a repeat order for the birria and tinga. We loved those! This order I added in pozole. I would have loved to try the pozole verde but didn’t see it on the site. Maybe next time.

So easy and so delicious.

I confess to changing things a tiny bit , for example I had a tiny Touch of cornstarch at the end because my husband likes thicker sauces. And you can always add potatoes and or other vegetables part way through , authenticity is occasionally overrated LOL.
