The ring is nice with all the features but it disconnects alot and when I try to reconnect it. It takes a long time to either recognize the ring or doesnt at all. Also the battery says that it will last 7 days but it lasted like 2 at most which I have to charge it more often than I expect.

We got the best deal on the best "health tracking" ring! It actually records all hours of the day for those of us who take naps, not just during so-called normal hours. I actually decided to get a Shock Clock for my wrist. The 2 paired together seem to cover measuring important information as well as breaking & creating a good habit or 3! My husband & I are so glad we got these rings & definitely recommend.
