Nice product shame about packaging

I ordered this for present, box arrived bashed because it wasn’t bubble wrapped. As it was a present I’ve had to purchase another box. Customer service responded nicely to my suggestion that they bubble wrapped in future but without addressing that point! So if the box is important to you because you are gifting maybe think again,

I have ordered additional inserts which increase my planning and productivity experience. The quality is amazing and I’m looking forward to the 2027 ones!

I love my purchase but just a couple of things. I would have liked a proper diary insert (I had to purchase that elsewhere) and just a trivial thing - as the ring binder is gold, it would have been nice if the pen had touches of it instead of silver.
