I love Segafredo Intermezzo coffee, but this last experience with them was far from normal. My coffee bag had ripped down the seam and all the coffee beans poured into the shipping box which has tear in it, so I only got about a half a bag of loose beans delivered. I sacrificed them the garbage can.
