Ordered two ceramic holders and one was broken in transit. Emailed Exuro team and they immediately sent out a replacement with a handwritten note. So impressed! And I’m loving the delicate aroma from the incense sticks - not cloying or overpowering. Will definitely be buying again. And make great gifts too.

I just love this incense I first came across it in a small shop and I instantly fell in love with smells and how stylish it looked.since then I purchase it regularly I have 3 or 4 different scents on the go and I love the incense holders as well I have 2 of those .
