I want to love this kindle case, but when it came the pattern is skewed about 1/8 of an inch. On a grid that looks best as a true grid, the misalignment is hard to look at. I emailed support to see if I could do an exchange and was told that variation in prints is normal with no offer to exchange, replace, etc. I emailed again with more detailed pictures of the defect and have received no response (it’s been 5 days). I’m pretty disappointed in the case and the customer service.
