The color of the material is nice however the feel of it is more like a towel. I have yet to wash it but light dirt does come off easily. I don't find it overly comfortable on the seat cushion. The back cushions are very comfortable. The ottoman is absolutely huge. Having the extra storage is a bonus. I didn't bother to secure the frame together as the couch is heavy enough that it doesn't move but the metal pieces were so complicated to figure out and you would have to install them over the fabric which would tear the fabric. For the high price of this furniture I was very shocked that they have absolutely no marketing or follow-up emails once you've placed your order. Based on my experience with other vendors, I don't feel valued as a customer. Their limited time offer sales don't seem to expire so don't panic buy like I did. You also can't return a couch if it's on sale so buyer beware.
