I bought a large, like the one I usually wear, and it has a nice oversized fit. You can really feel the quality in the fabric. I liked it so much that I bought five different Sofia-style shirts, one for each session of the week.

Me la pongo hasta para trabajar. La calidad es buenísima, y el corte de las mangas es perfecto. Para entrenar queda también muy bien con las mallas de karlos o las mallas cortas de WH.

My favourite lifting wear

The material is excellent quality! Great outfit for both lifting & social events! Stretchy and soft fabric ! I keep getting compliments on how good they fit me! The Sizing is true as well!
