Ive been trying to contact a human at your bisiness for weeks & I keep being told that someone will call within 48 hours and then no one calls. I did not sign up for this subscription & I do not want it. When I recieved my first subscription order, I assumed I signed up for it by mistake & I went into my account and cancelled it. Then the next month I was charged AGAIN for a subscription I never wanted & previously cancelled. When trying to contact someone through customer service, it has been impossible to speak to a human. I keep being assured by an AI chat bot that my conplaint has been escalated & someone will call me, but that is clearly untrue. It is quite sad as I have bought 2 diffusers and many oils from this company, but now you have lost a customer & can expect negative reviews to come your way.
