Felix Grant Winterguard Down Jacket

I was really disappointed with the jacket I got from your website. It’s clear that it was used and worn out. The tag was cut off with scissors, and the sleeves were altered, making them too short. Honestly, this was a terrible experience. I won’t be buying from this site again, and I definitely won’t recommend it to anyone. I trusted your platform, but this kind of product shows a complete lack of quality control. Very frustrating.
