A genuine blast to play

I've been on the fence on getting one for a while, but finally caving in as an upgrade has been greatly appreciated. The screen in particular to me is the unit's biggest strength, being the original resolution and being backlit. The native video output has been nice too.

I’m thoroughly enjoying the ModRetro console. Tetris included is a really nice touch, very reminiscent of the original Gameboy console itself. The screen is brilliant! The added touch of the menu button to tweak and customise is a very nice addition which I’m enjoying thoroughly. Battery life is great and I personally love having batteries in the console! It adds to the charm for me. The construction is very premium the magnesium body is beautiful. I’m an extremely satisfied customer who’d recommend this console to any enthusiast or someone who enjoys the Gameboy and the classic library and feel.
