i think the craftsmanship is great; however, I thought the items would be monogrammed with the middle digit larger than the left and right. I requested numbers on the cufflinks and requested that the middle number be larger. When the box arrived all of the numbers were the same size. The gift doesn't have the impact i was looking for.

I am severely disappointed in this set. The top of the box is crooked, as well as the name on the tie clip. The cuff links engraving is orange not the color as displayed. The items come loose in a bag so they scratch each other. The box is cheap quality as well.

The customer service is great and the gift came much quicker than I expected. I wish the box would’ve been a little heavier, but it was an amazing gift to give.
