Lack of communication, disinterest

I bought 2 small towels and 2 medium ones, hoping that the density of 800g/m2 would be much higher than the 650. It is not really like that, plus none of them have a label with the material specifications, where they are manufactured, how to wash and maintain them. Instead you receive a small box with some of this information. And last but not least, I do not understand the lack of communication of this site regarding the return process of two purchased pillows, which came with a strange and disturbing smell. I reported this aspect, I was answered with the standard forms, but when I asked how the process actually takes place ... total silence. A serious company also sends the pre-filled return form ... here this does not seem important. In conclusion, I am really sorry that I spent 450 Euros on this site, which in my opinion does not honor the Pillows Hotel where I stayed in Ghent
