I still have to try and watch my calories, but it makes it more doable. I work out a lot and lots of times after I work out my hungers uncontrollable and this just helps me get the upper edge over it. It's subtle, but it's definitely there.

Product does not work. I didn’t feel anything after 3 1/2 weeks. A lot of money to take something that doesn’t work. It actually made me hungrier. They don’t offer a refund or money back guarantee piñicy which tells you they don’t believe in the product. Don’t waste your money.

Prouduct didnf apoear to have an effect on my appetite, at all. Additionally it upset my stomach.
Owners were indifferent and made me take my second shipment even though they were notified before a label was created for shipment two. They went ahead and sent it sns wouldn’t allow a return on the unopened box. I had to pay and keep it.
