First day of taking Evolv, I noticed the food noise was quieter. I had tried a plan from Hers, and it took quite a while for the meds to do what Evolv did in one day. I can't wait to see what happens in a few weeks!

I'm still not convinced, but I'm committed to finishing what I purchased. Week 1–2: I took 2 pills each morning and noticed increased energy and fewer thoughts about being hungry. Week 4: Unfortunately, the extra energy and appetite control have faded. That was disappointing. I've changed my routine to 1 pill, taken 1 hour before dinner, to see if it makes a difference. I'll post another update in 2 weeks.

Been using this orodict for a few months i’m up ti 3 tabs daily and haven’t really noticed any different. I’ll keep trying it a little longer in hopes time is the key to this product but if I don’t see or feel any different the cost is not sustainanle without Noticeable results.
