NEVER received my order..

Never received my order. Tracking marked this as delivered which is a lie! The photo of the door isn’t mine. Someone dropped off my package through DHL and I did not authorize a “no signature delivery” but they left it at the wrong place anyway. Cannot get a hold of anyone from Melani after multiple attempts and a chat box response that does nothing. Do not waste your money!
