Muggins-CornBread

Great cornbread !

I love the muffins! Helps to cap off my hunger with the delicious taste of cornbread which I have missed with the changes in my diet. I can make a single serving warm and fresh for my dinner. This is perfect since I am usually just cooking for myself.

Great Corn Muffins

Just tried the corn muffins and they are a hit. Husband liked the flavor and put milk in it and had a great snack. I couldn't believe it only took 90 seconds to make. I love everything this company makes!!! Thank you, Denise

Obsessed!

I love these Muggins! I make them into cornbread muffins and they're absolutely delightful!! I don't pick up on the bitter taste from the lupin flour at all, but I do use that ingredient in my baking so perhaps I'm used to it? Either way, the texture comes out perfect and they make an excellent side for any meal!
