Neon Red Glitter

This was more like a sugary eyeshadow rather than a glitter. It didnt even sparkle or shine. It stayed on my lids all day with my glue but i was expecting it to be more of a fine glittery formula. Not as beautiful as Pluto or the other real glitters. Not too satisfied with this one.
